AUSTIN, Texas — The Amazing Race returned to Atlanta on Wednesday for its first season on AMC.
The race, which started in 2009 and runs through to the finale, is now in its 13th season, and will run through Oct. 31.
“The Amazing Life of Peter Parker and the Amazing Race” will air every Wednesday on AMC from 8 p.m. to 10 p. m.
ET.

AMC said the season will be produced by Rob Thomas, who also co-created the hit reality series “American Idol” and “American Choppers.”
The series will have five guest judges, three of whom are African-American, one of whom is Latino and one is white.
Each episode will have a host and guest judge and a judge in a different race.

Spider-Man, a New York City police officer, and his friends will return to Atlanta after a year in London to live in a new house called the Parker House.
They will take part in a race to find their first perfect body and a new home for their families.
The Parker House, built by a former circus performer, will have all the comforts and amenities of a normal home while Peter and his family will spend the majority of their time inside a specially designed pod, called a Muppets house.
During the show, Peter will become a member of the Parker family and the cast will join him.
A live broadcast of the show will be held online and on television at www,amc,marc,amctv.com.
The show will also be available to stream on AMC Go at www-ampm.com and via www.amcgo.com, AMC’s streaming service.
