BRATSTV will premiere its first new series, titled Broken Bow, on Thursday.
The series is a prequel to the first two seasons of Rosewood, a series that premiered on NBC in 2009.
“Broken Arrow” will be a four-episode miniseries written and directed by Dave Dober and executive produced by Rosewood creator, Dave Dovis.
“Broken bow” follows the rise of the fictional group known as “Brokes” in a series of episodes that stars Will Arnett, who plays “Broke Arrow.”
“We’re excited to be bringing Broken Bow to our fans,” Doviss said.
“The concept of bringing a new, prequel series to television is something that’s not something that we’ve done before.
We’re looking forward to the excitement of watching this new series with our fans.””
Broke Bow” will follow “Brooks” (voiced by Zach Galifianakis) as he faces his first major challenges.
The story revolves around a group of men from Rosewood that are caught in a battle between the local government and a group called the “Black Arrows.”
It will be the first scripted TV series in which Rosewood’s main character will be an outsider to the town.
Dober and Arnett will also direct the series, which is expected to premiere in spring 2019.
The project marks the second series Dober has been working on since the show’s premiere on NBC.
He previously worked on the CW’s The 100, and the upcoming CW series Arrow.
Doviss is best known for his role as Mark Rylance on the animated series The Simpsons, and he also appeared in the upcoming animated film Star Trek: Into Darkness.
He was also nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his portrayal of Will Arnethas role in the television series.
