The San Francisco 49ers have been a tough team to watch in 2017.
They’ve lost to the Chicago Bears and the New England Patriots in their first two games, and they’ve lost their last four regular season games.
But they’ve played a great game of football.
The Niners have allowed just four points through two games (the lowest in the NFL), and they’re currently in the top half of the league in points per game (19.6).
They’re just one of two teams to have scored more than 20 points this season (21.5).
The San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos have the other two teams tied for first with 20.
They’re both playing well, too, as the Chargers are averaging 34.1 points and the Broncos are at 32.4.
The 49ers are starting to look a lot more like the team we saw on the field this past season, which should mean more wins for the team in 2018.
This is the first time in nearly a decade that the 49ers will be in the playoffs, and that’s something to watch.
The rest of the schedule is a bit tougher for the Niners, but they’ve been one of the NFL’s most productive offenses over the past few years.
The offense has scored touchdowns in eight of their last nine games, which is an amazing feat in a league that has struggled to score touchdowns since 2007.
It also helps that quarterback Colin Kaepernick is in a great spot right now, as he has a strong supporting cast in the running game and a talented receiving corps.
This should be an exciting game of Football, and we’re going to have to see if the 49er defense can do much to slow down the offense.
This series of games starts in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 6, at 4:05 p.m.
